Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days after processing. Larger items — display cases, appliances, and oversized gear — may take up to 14 business days. Personalized and custom-engraved items may require additional production time, noted on the product page.

Shipping Cost
Flat rate $11 within the US. Orders over $75 ship free.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Delays
ValleyTrue works with trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Occasional delays can happen due to high demand or carrier issues, so quoted delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, email us at valleytrue559@gmail.com and we'll track it down.

Address Changes
Delivery addresses can't be changed once an order has been placed. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at valleytrue559@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Buying for a Deadline?
Ordering for a birthday, Father's Day, or Christmas? We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead to allow for processing and delivery.
